Notice of Intent to Adopt a Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Main Canal Reservoir Project

Notice is hereby given that the MID Board of Directors plan to adopt a draft initial study/mitigated negative declaration for the proposed Project and operation of the MID's Main Canal Reservoir Project. The document will be on the agenda of MID's regularly scheduled Board meeting on January 12, 2016 at 9 a.m., at MID's Board Room - 1231 11th Street, Modesto.
